Two-stage spring preloading
Where complex and potentially risky operations were once required, now only two simple steps are needed - resulting in a significant saving of time and effort. Patent No. 2.286.053
1. Inserting the device into the roller tube
Insert the neutral device with the added brake
Insert the spring preloading device on the opposite side
2. Adjust the return spring tension Load the spring by rotating the pin of the preloading device; the toothed ratchet mechanism locks the spring in place and maintains the number of preloaded turns you have set.
Installation and activation Once the roller tube is inserted into the roller shutter cassette, the device automatically disengages, activating the spring and making the system immediately ready for operation.
Locking during disassembly In case of removal of the roller tube with the flyscreen mesh, the device automatically locks back the spring retraction, ensuring maximum safety during maintenance or servicing.
